Some people may be looking for a set of poses as they heal an injury, while others are needing micro-practices to help them click into their heart when life gets swirly. There are a multitude of ways to stay connected to your threads of devotion, and we can find that together.

Personalized Yoga Nidra
For those ready to deepen their relationship to letting go, healing, and the power of rest, it is time to dive into Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a sublime technique that leads us into the liminal spaces of being – it is a practice, a state of awareness, and a Goddess. Sometimes more accessible than meditation, Yoga Nidra can be utilized for a myriad of reasons, but most importantly, can support us in healing, creativity, and unraveling deeply held beliefs through non-doing.
In these sessions, a personalized nidra practice will be developed to suit your needs at this point in time – anything ranging from physical healing to awakening inner knowingness. We will work collaboratively to discover the components of your practice. Recordings provided.
